3D Dice Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use 3D Dice, developed and operated by Vinod Ram (“I,” “me,” or “my”), the developer behind JustAskVin.

3D Dice provides simulated dice rolling, multilingual spoken results, and customizable gameplay settings. This policy covers the app, its advertising integrations, and supporting configuration services.

This policy is hosted on JustAskVin. Browsing the JustAskVin website is also subject to its separate privacy and cookie policies.

1. Information Used by the App

App settings and locally stored information

The app uses information such as your selected dice count, sound preferences, voice language, readout style, and accessibility settings to provide the experience you choose.

The app also stores a cached advertising configuration on your device so it can use previously downloaded settings when the configuration service is unavailable.

Locally stored information may remain until it is replaced, cleared through your device settings, or removed when the app is uninstalled. Device backup and restoration settings may affect whether some information is retained or restored.

Advertising and technical information

The app contains advertising integrations. Depending on the provider, configuration, device permissions, and applicable privacy choices, advertising services may process:

  • IP address and approximate location inferred from it.
  • Advertising identifiers and other app or device identifiers.
  • Device model, operating system, app version, and language.
  • Ad requests, impressions, clicks, video views, and other interactions.
  • Performance, diagnostic, and error information.
  • Privacy preferences and consent signals, where applicable.

These services use information to deliver and measure advertising, manage ad frequency, maintain service performance, and detect fraud or invalid traffic.

An app can process advertising or technical information even when it does not ask you to enter personal details.

Information you send us

If you contact us for support or a privacy request, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, message, and any diagnostic details or attachments you choose to include.

Please avoid sending passwords, financial information, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used, as applicable, to:

  • Operate and maintain the app.
  • Apply your gameplay and voice preferences.
  • Retrieve and cache advertising configuration.
  • Deliver, measure, and manage advertisements.
  • Diagnose technical problems and maintain service reliability.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising activity.
  • Respond to support enquiries and privacy requests.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, processing must have an applicable basis, such as consent, providing a requested service, legitimate interests subject to your rights, or compliance with a legal obligation.

This policy does not replace consent where consent is required.

3. Advertising Providers and Mediation

3D Dice includes integrations for the following advertising services:

  • Google AdMob.
  • AppLovin MAX.
  • Unity LevelPlay.
  • Meta Audience Network.
  • Pangle.

AppLovin MAX is also used for advertising mediation. Mediation coordinates advertising requests between participating networks.

The provider used for an advertising placement can vary according to the app version, remote configuration, region, availability, and applicable privacy choices. Not every listed provider necessarily serves an advertisement during every session.

Advertising providers may process information through their SDKs and services. Their roles and responsibilities depend on the service and processing involved.

You can learn more through their privacy information:

Non-personalized advertising can still involve processing information for purposes such as ad delivery, measurement, frequency management, and fraud prevention.

4. Remote Configuration and Network Requests

The app can connect to a configuration service to download advertising settings.

Network requests expose information needed to deliver the response, such as an IP address. Hosting, infrastructure, and network providers may also process request timestamps, technical request information, and service logs for delivery, troubleshooting, and security.

If the remote configuration cannot be retrieved, the app can use a previously cached configuration or its bundled fallback.

Offline dice rolling does not mean that the app never connects to the internet. Advertising, configuration downloads, external links, and some device services may require connectivity.

5. Voice Readout and Text-to-Speech

The app uses your device’s text-to-speech services to read dice results aloud in an available language.

Voice availability and offline speech depend on the device, operating system, installed speech engine, and downloaded language voices. Some engines or voices may use network services and process text or technical information under the speech provider’s own privacy policy.

Voice readout produces spoken output. It is not a voice-command feature.

6. When Information Is Shared

Information may be processed by or disclosed to:

  • Advertising networks and mediation providers described above.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers supporting configuration delivery.
  • Device and operating-system services used for features such as text-to-speech.
  • Service providers assisting with support, security, or operation.
  • Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and safety.

If the app or its operating business is transferred, relevant information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and any required notices.

Third-party processing remains subject to applicable law and the relevant provider’s terms and privacy information.

7. International Processing

Advertising and technology providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence.

Privacy protections differ between jurisdictions. Where international-transfer requirements apply, the relevant processing must use the safeguards required by applicable law. Additional details about a provider’s processing locations and safeguards are available in its privacy information.

8. Information Retention

Different types of information have different retention requirements:

  • Local settings and cached configuration: retained on your device until replaced or removed, subject to device storage and backup behaviour.
  • Support correspondence: retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the enquiry, maintain relevant records, and meet legal obligations.
  • Service logs: retained according to operational, security, and applicable legal needs.
  • Advertising-provider information: retained according to the provider’s policies, settings, and legal obligations.

Retention decisions consider the purpose of processing, the information involved, security needs, and applicable legal requirements.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

Device and advertising controls

Your device may provide controls for advertising identifiers, ad personalization, app permissions, stored app data, and text-to-speech services. Available controls vary by operating-system version and provider.

Changing an advertising identifier or advertising preference does not necessarily delete information already held by an advertising provider.

Clearing local information

You can use your device’s app-storage controls, where available, to clear local app data. Uninstalling the app generally removes its local storage, but backups and information held by third parties may remain subject to their own retention rules.

Privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about processing. You may also have rights to object, withdraw consent, or exercise choices concerning targeted advertising, sale, or sharing where those concepts apply.

To make a request, email info@rajkarglobal.com with the subject “3D Dice Privacy Request.”

Describe your request and provide only the information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant interaction. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We will handle requests according to applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or other permitted reasons.

Where information is independently controlled by an advertising or device-service provider, you may also need to contact that provider using its privacy-request channels.

You may have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children’s Privacy

Children’s information requires additional protection.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information through the app or its services, contact info@rajkarglobal.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action within our control, including deletion where required.

Children should not send personal information through support correspondence without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

11. Security

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

We seek to protect information handled through the app and its supporting services using safeguards appropriate to the processing involved. Third-party providers are responsible for the security of information processed within their own services.

Please report suspected privacy or security issues to info@rajkarglobal.com.

12. External Links

Advertisements and other links may open third-party websites, app stores, or services.

This policy does not cover information you provide directly to those third parties. Review their privacy policies before interacting with their services.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app, advertising integrations, information handling, or applicable requirements.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date. Where legally required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before relevant changes take effect.
