What kind of work do you usually take on?

I usually work on web applications, CMS platforms, CRM and workflow systems, project delivery, automation, server management, SEO, and technical consulting where practical execution matters.

What is your work discipline?

I primarily work in the Indian Standard Time (IST) timezone. However, to collaborate effectively with international clients, I adjust meeting times to suit their local time zones whenever needed. Most of my clients are from Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. I value punctuality and always adhere to scheduled meetings, demonstrating my commitment to professionalism and reliable communication.

Can the site content be edited without touching code?

Yes. Payload CMS manages the homepage, blog posts, services, projects, FAQs, testimonials, navigation and SEO defaults.

What is your background?

My background combines hands-on programming, project management, consulting, open source technology, CMS and ecommerce implementation, and leadership across national and international projects.

What is your location & timezone?

I am based in Mumbai, India, and work in the Indian Standard Time (IST) timezone.

Will the existing WordPress blog be migrated?

Yes. The migration plan imports posts, authors, categories, tags, media and available SEO metadata, then keeps redirects in place for ranking continuity.

Do you still write code yourself?

Yes. I stay close to implementation because it helps me make better architecture, delivery, estimation, and troubleshooting decisions.

How often can we communicate?

My preferred mode of communication is email, and I strive to respond within two hours during business hours. Outside business hours, I am available via phone or Skype for urgent matters.

Is performance part of the build from the beginning?

Yes. The frontend is designed around lightweight pages, optimized images, semantic markup, metadata and careful component choices.

Can you work with existing teams?

Yes. I can collaborate with founders, internal teams, agencies, designers, developers, content teams, and vendors depending on the project structure.

What is your hourly rate?

My hourly rate depends on the project's scope, complexity, timeline, and location. I offer fair and transparent pricing while ensuring high-quality delivery within the agreed budget and schedule.

What makes your approach different?

I focus on clear thinking, practical tradeoffs, dependable execution, and keeping technology decisions connected to the business outcome.

What are your billing terms?

Billing is milestone-based and follows the mutually agreed project plan.

How do you accept payments?

For international clients, I accept payments via PayPal and Remit2India. For clients within India, I accept bank wire transfers, UPI, and Google Pay.
